The challenges of working in areas without roads, running water or electricity are immense. Our founders have spent 7 years working with off-grid communities
in West Africa, and know what works and what does not. We use a mixture of technology, local partners and service centers around the country to make sure products get to our customers on time and
at low cost.
We aim to establish long term relationships with our customers. As a result, customer experience is at the heart of our success. We operate a call center
7 days a week to answer concerns, we offer an industry-leading 2-year warranty, and we operate dozens of service centers around the country so that we can be close to our customers to quickly and
efficiently solve their problems.
We use robust, energy-efficient solar technology that is able to send us real-time data on product performance. This allows us to diagnose and solve most
customer issues remotely – which is vital for customers living far from cities or paved roads. We have partnered with industry leader M-Kopa Solar to ensure that our customers are enjoying
the best technology in the business.

within each solar system allows customers to pay for the device over time using mobile money.
Our headquarters is located in Accra, Ghana, where we are the largest off-grid solar company, and are proud to employ over 250 local staff, providing access to productive assets like solar home systems to tens of thousands of Ghanaians.
We are excited to announce that we'll be launching in our second country, Côte d'Ivoire, in Q4 2016. We'll be entering other countries across West Africa in the coming years. Stay tuned.
